I would highly recommend Herb Chambers of Seekonk as a wonderful dealership to purchase a new or used car from. I dealt with them on the internet, via phone and in person and I was respected and treated l wonderful dealership to purchase a new or used car from. Being a female and shopping for a vehicle is difficult because people treat you as if you were stupid. Not the team at Herb Chambers of Seekonk they treat you like family. Theresa Phillips should be given the tops sales award you have because she cares not about making the sale but getting you what you need/want. She should be training other sales reps on how to sell vehicles. I would travel from Rindge, NH to Seekonk, MA to buy another vehicle because the way I was treated and the item I purchased was exactly as explained to me by Mike Falcon over the internet and phone, there were no hidden things. I would not hesitate to email, call or visit the dealership at anytime with any vehicle question knowing I would receive the best care. More
My car 2007 Honda Accord had serious engine problem. I took to HERB CHAMBER. I explain the situation to the Assistant Service Manager Tim Islip . My initial impression was very good and I was not only impressed at first but thought this would be an excellent experience. The family enviroment was very comfortable for having two young children there impressed at first but thought this would be an excellent experience. However all that changed after a deal was struck with my trade and the price on a new Honda was finalized. I put down a $500.00 deposit on the vehicle that they promised me was available and the deposit was to hold that particular car. I was told that the new Honda would be delivered in a couple days. After a couple days I called to inquire on the status and was told they had not been able to secure the car and they did not have an answer as to if they could obtain the car I put my deposit on. I find that being truthful and forthcoming goes along way in life and had they told me that they never did have the car available I would have been understanding and waited. However that was not the case in this situation. I was lead along the whole way from e-mails from the dealership and promises from the sales staff that they had the car I requested from the beginning. My deposit was returned upon my request and I found the same car for a lower price down the road. After submittig this comment I received a call from the General Manager (GM), which I found very pleasing. I was impressed that the GM wished to comment on my particular situation and took his time to explain his side of the story and his concerns of my ratings of his dealership. After our discussion ended I felt more at ease with my experience with Herb Chambers and decided to raise my ratings of the dealership up a little. More
I dont even know where to begin...I purchased a used honda Pilot(07). There was an issue with the vehicle that I could not deal with. To make a long story short they traded me out of it and put me into anther one at my conveineince! They bent over backward to make it the best and smoothest transition for me. I cant express enough how great the staff is at the Seekonk location. I checked all around me and ended up driving the distance for the customer service! It is the best dealership I have ever been to. As they were probably thinking, I can admit, I am not the easiest person to please. When I am spending my hard earned money I want to know that I am getting excellent quality and service. It was difficult for me to decide what make to purchase. Driving a volvo for the last 13 years it seems nothing is made as sturdy and dependable. I had to sacrifice on the luxery end when I purchased the Pilot, that was a little bit of a bummer. But overall I am VERY happy with my purchase. I would like to say thank you to Ray Gagliardi, Joe Vona, Victor Sousa, Paul Zitto, Scott Birtles, and last but not least Magad Aboudib. All of you guys are great! You all made my experience a lot easier for me. The day that I went to purchase the car, I just missed Herb himself. He was flying off in his helicopter. Our salesman was so patient with us as we checked out the used selections on the lot, the new models, as well as searching the online inventory for us until we found exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and took time to answer all of our questions. From sales, to finance, to service...everyone we met was very helpful and friendly. Ever since Herb Chambers moved to Seekonk, I have been a satisfied customer. I really like Hondas because of their reliability, style and durability. On my first visit, I was greeted by the General Manager satisfied customer. I really like Hondas because of their reliability, style and durability. On my first visit, I was greeted by the General Manager who made me feel welcomed and I was hooked. I purchased my first new Honda then and I have been going back for newer models ever since. I come from a Customer Service background and I can truly say that the sales and service staff go out of their way to make the customer feel important. Concerned about the price of gas, I recently leased a Civic hybrid. Adriel was my salesperson and he took the time to show me the vehicle and explain all the features. I have also interacted with the service staff on many occasions and I am always treated like I am a VIP. Not long ago, my engine light came on and I dropped by to ask what this meant. Tim, the service advisor, had the techs take care of it right away. The problem was minor and in no time it was resolved. They also washed the car and took care of an upcoming oil change and I was on my way in no time. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, I would deifintely recommend this dealership. More
I had gone with my boy friend to the dealer because he was going to buy a new car, I had already owned a Honda, I had purchased the year before, it was a 2006 Pilot(at another dealer)and I loved my truck, was going to buy a new car, I had already owned a Honda, I had purchased the year before, it was a 2006 Pilot(at another dealer)and I loved my truck, the salesman Adriel Calo asked if I wanted a two for one deal that day and I just kind of laughed but then he showed me the 2009 Pilot Touring, I was hooked and the trade in value for my was such a good deal and I figured out what I was able to spend and Herb chambers was able to meet that amount, also because of the rebate and tax write off and the amount they were able to sell me the truck for I couldn't pass it up. Adriel knew everything there was to know about the truck, I had never owned a Brand new Honda let alone one that was worth this much. I was so excited and happy and just love my truck and it is worth every penny to me and I felt very safe. Unfortunately, I found just how safe when someone hit me 6mths later and broke my back tire off and all the side curtain airbags went off. My heart was broken so I was not sure where at that point to bring my car to be repaired. So again I called Adriel who was able to give me a couple of numbers for the repairs and discovered the providence repair shop was moving and not taking anymore cars. My car needed to be towed to the Braintree repair shop and because of my AAA coverage it would have cost around $200.00 so Adriel arranged for it to be sent on a flatbed from Seekonk. And had arraigned for the rental car company to meet me there. That is more then Great service! Thank You! Linda McMullen More
