Ran over something in the road causing a flat tire on my new Odyssey-less than 2000 miles. Fortunately I had purchased the tire protection plan. The staff lacked both professionalism & customer service in my experience this week. Brought my car to get a scheduled oil change, while waiting to check in a service tech opened the hood with no issue and in my experience this week. Brought my car to get a scheduled oil change, while waiting to check in a service tech opened the hood with no issue and filled my window washer fluid. Before moving my car to the bay, he slammed my hood shut (Assuming by accident). I was then told that the hood will not open, I have never had any issues with opening and closing the hood in my 7 years owning the car. The desk clerk proceeded to give me a $3,700 quote, including other repairs they suggested car needed. The hood latch and cable cost $1,057. To try and get hood open was another $360. The tech who slammed the hood denied doing so, claiming it was like that even though I watched him open & slam it. The manager in arrogant fashion refused to even attempt common ground and essentially told me I was unlucky and they are not responsible. I do not understand how my hood stopped working by the time it got to the bay. I wasted 2 hours of my time waiting to get a scheduled oil change that did not even happen because they could not get hood open. Instead I walked out with a quote of $3,700 not even including labor and a broken hood. Place is a scam, very disappointing experience will not return. More
