Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk - Service Center

I brought my Ridgeline in for service today. Ronald Rodas was my service adviser. He was excellent. I bought my Ridgeline here in 2014 and have always gone there for service. I just read over my 4 pages of work done and noticed they replaced my spark plugs. I didn’t request this and they didn’t ask. They are platinum plugs that last 100,000 miles. I had them replaced at 97,000 miles. They only had 14,000 miles on them! I’m out $300 for something that didn’t need to be done. I’m not very happy! More
