Not only was I greeted in a professional and friendly manner but after only a couple of days of ownership of this new vehicle I wonder what I was thinking spending $100K+ for new cars. The Genesis is a marvel for half the cost. Will update this review after I put some miles on. More

When I checked in with the receptionist for the special deal they gave me in the mail, I messed up on the amount I had left on my car I was trading in. Instead of making me feel stupid, we had an inside joke going on throughout the visit. They have a great sense of humor. I worked with David who was very professional and friendly. He didn't put me in a car I didn't like or couldn't afford. He paid attention to my needs and got me into a gray 2016 sonata and I LOVE it! He is approachable and easy to talk to who will answer any question you have with a great amount of patience. He doesn't stop working hard for you until everything is complete. He even showed me around the dealership of where to go when I need service and what to expect. Thank you to Matt who helped out with getting to the payments that I could afford. Thank you to Anthony for an easy ending to it all. He didn't pressure me to sign up for all these extra deals for the car. He let me choose, sign and shook my hand to congratulate me. I will definitely come back and tell everyone who is looking for a new car to come to you guys! ONCE AGAIN.. Once again...another above and beyond service visit...twice in the last week...oil change and tire rotation. Trivial you say...a simple service call? They treat your car and myself like family. Service Advisor Nichole and Tech Chris (once again) always took their time not only to explain everything but to also show you what was done. Every time a complete physical is preformed to make sure all's well. Never misled or up sells. I really look forward to the visit's. GM Deven and Sales Mgr. Matt always take the time to make you feel at home and YES...they do remember you! Herb's got a winning combination here. Oh yeah....they even wash and vac every visit. Nice. More

Was screwed on a warranty Was informed by a service employee that warranty would not be covered for a repair so was forced to have work done else where since my car would not r Was informed by a service employee that warranty would not be covered for a repair so was forced to have work done else where since my car would not run which cost $470. The starter needed to be replaced. Days later received a call from service manager informing me that work would be covered but I had the to the work done immediately. Will not reimburse unless work is done by a Hyundai dealer which was not communicated to me. Worst customer service ever. Very unhappy customer. They have lost a customer forever. Will not go back.
