I felt I received a really good deal as the new 2016 models were coming in to replace the 2015 inventory. This is my third car I purchased here over the years from Marty and the sales process went smoothly. Oil Filter Not Tightened Leaking OIL Double check the service department work! Had a normal 3k oil change done and they did not tighten the oil filter enough(like loosely sitting on the o Double check the service department work! Opened a case with Hyundai Customer Support to ensure if there are any issues with the engine going forward, it's not coming out of my pocket. Called them up and they threw in a free oil change? More

I never once suspected him of using sales tactics on me, just gave it to me straight during the whole process. The Finance manager, his name was Anthony, you have to do the finishing paperwork with him. I did not enjoy my experience with him. During the finishing paperwork process he forces extra options on you and makes you feel like you have to purchase these, it felt like sleazy salesman tactics. When I declined these extra options he asked why as if to guilt me. My experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn was good overall, just don't try to use sleazy sales tactics on me. More
