My experience was nothing but positive. Everything was explained in great detail. My salesperson was exceptional, going above and beyond to answer all questions. I recently had a nail in the tire and I set up an appt and felt i was treated really well and service was friendly. By the time I walked up the st to get a coffee and back my tire was fixed and i was on and felt i was treated really well and service was friendly. On the evening of Wednesday April 24th, 2013 I visited Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn with no intentions of necessarily purchasing a car the day of my visit. I did however have a car in mind and was strong on my decision to purchase it eventually. I called the day before to set up an appt. with Michael Cardozo which could not have been a better experience on ALL fronts. I could not have asked for a better sales person. He did not pressure me into ANYTHING and only expressed how much he wanted to help me and nothing more. These words were genuinely felt throughout the whole experience and not once did he fail to come through with anything he promised me and even on things that weren't promised he went above and beyond to do EVERYTHING. I felt and saw how committed he was to doing everything he could to make me happy. Michael was accommodating to all my needs. He was on point with answering to and helping with all my specifics from car info, to negotiating, and everything possible you can think of. He was very patient and EXTREMELY helpful throughout the process from beginning to end. I have not one complaint about my time at Hyundai of Auburn. My family has bought their last 2 vehicles from Herb Chambers of Auburn. In 1997 we bought the Hyundai Elantra Wagon from the Herb Chambers of Auburn and in 2002 we traded that in to purchase the Toyota Corolla S that I traded in for my most recent purchase a few weeks ago from Herb Chambers of Auburn which I had such a great experience with Michael. He is a great salesmen, he made my first personal car purchase both a smooth and easy process and I could not ask for more. He is definitely top notch and I will definitely recommend him to any and everyone. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with him in the future because he was definitely the biggest reason (in addition to my families history with the company) why I followed through with purchasing my vehicle at the Hyundai Herb Chambers of Auburn. I have had 2 great experiences with Marty Reardon at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn. First he made my experience in Trading in my 2011 Corolla for a brand new Elantra with all the bells and whistles for the Chambers Hyundai in Auburn. First he made my experience in Trading in my 2011 Corolla for a brand new Elantra with all the bells and whistles for the price I was looking for, and he made it fun.! ....FUN!! I then took my Mom around looking at new cars. The Toyota dealership in Milford where we get her oil changed failed miserably when we were looking at new cars, so I told her she should think about something other than a Toyota, she really liked my car, and I told her how GREAT Marty was, so we headed over to talk to him. She left that day with a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and she LOVES it. Marty was patient and explained everything to her, (she isn't real tech savvy) and he got us the deal we were looking for. I can't praise the Sales Team enough. If you want to deal with someone who makes you feel comfortable and not pressured...Marty is the guy to go see! LOVE LOVE LOVE the new cars!!! More

I had purchased a car through Marty and Herb Chambers back 2007 and I had just recently recovered from a bad financial period and I needed someone who understood me as a person and could understand my needs. I knew what I wanted for a vehicle and Marty made the rest easy for me to get a beautiful new Tuscon, at a better intrest rate than I expected given my situation! Marty is a very down to earth, easy going guy who is not pushy nor deceitful. He knows his product and he takes the time to get to know his customer to find what's in both's best interest. Marty knows his Hyudai products well and is enthusiastic about them which is evident The renovation to the showroom and Service Dept. are beautiful, staff are always helpful and appreciative , what else could you ask for in a car dealership! I love the Hyudai product, have owned three at this point and when number 4 is going to be bought-Marty and I will do it all over again! More

I have chose the car but had a problem with the payment, so I needed to wait for a week and a half and they were patient and held the car for me. They were really understanding and helpful especially in my situation. They have great pricing, they helped me to get the car that I liked with a better value. I don't think I would have got the same car with the same price somewhere else. Also, the warranty rocks! you shouldn't be disappointed at all. The sales people are also awesome, I had fun chatting with Sadiq about things not even related to the car haha. But really, in the end, I would defiantly recommend anyone to go their and get the car they like. Awesome people, awesome service always will satisfy you. More
Last weekend I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle and was only researching our options of getting my daughter out of a small coupe vehicle and into a compact suv. My daughter absolutely loves it and our sales associate, Michael Cardozo was fantastic! Paul D., one of the Managers, handed us over to Michael and for that, I am so grateful! He listened to everything we were looking for from type of vehicle to price and payments and worked hard to give us exactly that. I was so pleased with the experience, and of course, the Presidents Day sale that was taking place, that I went back almost a week later and traded in my vehicle for a Sante Fe. I had already had a pretty new suv with only 18,000 miles on it so I had everything on my side and didn't have to buy anything. After spending some time with Michael Cardozo again, I found myself purchasing the new Sante Fe. I couldn't turn down the price and payments they were offering me. The Manager and General Manager both came over to say hello and introduce themselves and said they were there to help make what I wanted happen. Now, I'm not a fan of car dealerships and am very critical when it comes to them. I have to say, These two experiences have totally changed my mind about Herb Chambers in Auburn. I would recommend that dealership and MICHAEL CARDOZO to anyone! More

The Herb Chambers Hyundai sales department's commitment to satisfied customers doesn't stop the day you purchase a vehicle, either. Over a month after purchasing the vehicle, I had a problem with the tires which was not covered by any warranty. The service and sales departments worked together, and before I even had to ask, had already decided to replace all four tires for no charge. More
