My car was being fixed by Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn since June 2021. All kinds of issues have happened in that time- they’d call me up saying other things were going wrong and new repairs were needed. since June 2021. No, it wasn’t ..hadn't been there when it was left with them. All of this ended up taking a week short of one year. Communication was awful, where one person would tell me one thing then the next had no idea about that issue/call. Well, finally got it back. Here is a lovely collage with some images of the way I received my truck yesterday. Mice living in it. Overhead lights full of mice poop and nesting material. Seats eaten, holes chewed into them. There's an actual mouse nest in my glove box, and obviously the entire car smells like must and mouse. Someone took every single personal item and just threw them in a trash bag with literal trash: checkbook, jewelry, CDs, kids items. My back windshield wiper is broken there's a new scrape/scuff over the wheel well. Someone also backed into something leaving dents on the rear end. Gas light on, a bad sticker.. I don't even know what to say. It’s basic decency lacking here. Scary someone would give a truck back to a customer like this. Stay FAR AWAY (how safe is the wiring in my truck with all this mouse activity? I hope this review prevents someone else from experiencing this nightmare) More

I booked a Sat. Oil change and waited, as I didn’t want to inconvenience my Wife. On arrival I was warned that the wait could be long, but I walked next door to Dun Oil change and waited, as I didn’t want to inconvenience my Wife. On arrival I was warned that the wait could be long, but I walked next door to Dunkin’s. Had breakfast. Watched a few videos and was done in about 90 minted total. Everyone was very nice. I made an inquiry at the parts desk that was challenging and the guy made every effort to find the part. All in all what I expect from a Herb Chambers run shop. More
Super excellent service on my ole' Hyundai. Easy, great communication, and service completed right on time.
