I purchased a Genesis great car great service I have since traded for another,and sent all documents to the finance office to cancel all warranties purchased 3 months ago no responses had to call div of since traded for another,and sent all documents to the finance office to cancel all warranties purchased 3 months ago no responses had to call div of insurance today as obviously the finance department buried my request, I will also contact herb And notify him of this issue.msybe the finance guy doesn't want to give up his commission.
