We sat down and talked about what I was looking for and he went over some information and then we went outside to check out some models. I felt like he really listened to me and found the perfect car for me. In fact, he has the same model as my car and he knew it inside and out and pretty much confirmed my decision. After the test drive I had made my final decision and Ryan made the process as smooth and quick as possible.
