I live much closer to four other Hyundai dealerships and chose to go to HC again after having a pleasant car buying experience the first time. Natasha Pellot also deserves credit for working the internet for me and coaxing me back into a car buying mode. A week later I had to return for my registration and swap some tires with my trade in I was helped by a couple of unnamed guys that stepped up and saved me a lot of hassle and time after I had bought my car. I have had plenty of after I bought a car, we could care less who you are now experiences (and haven't returned to those dealerships) so I wish I had their names (one had an over the top Boston accent) and the other was a mechanic who swapped tires and helped me load them. It was Saturday and everyone was busy so I appreciate regard for my time. This is what brings me back so Thank You to everyone. More

Phenomenal Experience I was driving a 16 year old Camry with low miles that likely could've lasted a few more years, at least, but was starting to look a bit ugly. I came to Hyundai in Auburn after talking to Ryan M. I was immediately greeted by another sales associate. Ryan identified my needs, gave me the freedom to look at the available models, and we discussed my price range. We settled upon the Hyundai Elantra. When I came back to the dealership, he intuitively had the exact model and color I'd wanted pulled to the front for a test drive. Although I'd initially intended to lease the car, we decided that financing was the best option for our family. He didn't try to push any unnecessary options. We had the glasscoating done, and we added a spectacular remote start. He delivered the car to me when it was ready. The finance manager was great, too. Overall, I'd absolutely return to this dealership, and I'd recommend Ryan and Hyundai to my friends and family. Two thumbs up! More
