While I know that will never happen, this was the least painful pre-sale I've experienced, and the most exceptional post sale treatment I could ever expect. AND a great price on the exact car I wanted. Plus, I negotiated my purchase on a Thursday afternoon and picked it up at lunch the next day! It helped it was a car already in the showroom and I was transferring tags, but still, that's great service after the sale. Henry Rodriguez, my salesmen, even came in on his day off to see that everything went smoothly for pickup, which it did. When I sat down to sign papers, I had steeled myself as always against any extras or high pressure pitches, but was pleased to find the finance manager (forgotten his name, sorry) was very personable and on the level. I can honestly say that this dealership just exudes positive customer oriented policies, amenities, and employees , all of which add up to an experience worthy of a higher end brand, in fact exceeding it, imo. I would be remiss if I did not also mention their brand new state of the art building, really a beautiful design, and very comfortable. Easy to see why they have a perfect rating, nice to see! More

When we started to look for luxury SUV our top choice was Lexus RX, and Infinity was not even on the list, we went to Herb Chambers Infinity because they just down the road from our home.
