Forget the trade Had never shopped with Kia before and was looking forward to testing them out. Was super ready to buy if I fell in love like everyone else has talked about the day I came in, but unfortunately the sales associate I met with wanted to discuss my TRADE before showing me the car I wanted to buy. Spent 35 minutes doing the trade appraisal instead of trying to sell me the car I wanted to test drive. My advice for future buyers go in with a VERY direct plan. and don't tell them you have a trade. My advice to the salesmen ... let your customer drive the vehicle first before talking trade because if I had the opportunity to love a car i would have been happy to sit through the tedious discussion of a trade. More

I had horrible horrible customer service from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. It ran the gamut from not properly fixing my car, to making me sit in a dealership for over 4 hours while they try to call me on the phone about my car, even though I was less than five feet away from them. After that experience, having turned to social media with my story, they did reach out to me and came to a small financial settlement. They then proceeded to not honor the agreement they made with me. Over a month later and I still do not have the check they promised me I would have. I've been assured it's currently in the mail and I assured them that I would be using the money to spread the word about how horrific their customer service is. Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington, horrible customer service, a lack of intelligent action and the inability to follow through on a simple promise. More
