Having not bought a "New Car" in sometime I was hesitant about what to expect. My wife and I went to a local dealer in NH and test drove a 2011 Kia Sorrento and went through the sit down process and got num about what to expect. Pleased with staff, very friendly, great service. I was unsure about car I picked, and asked for extra test drives... they did not show any hesitation. I have called this dealership to have a recall performed on my vehicle, and a very nice man named Steve answered the phone. I guess they are just getting ready to open (not fully staffed, I guess...) and he on my vehicle, and a very nice man named Steve answered the phone. I figured, "yeah, sure.." as my past experiences with OTHER dealers were not very helpful. What do you know, I got a call back within a couple of hours from a very friendly voice belonging to Eric- He stated that he was the service manager and they were getting the service staff gathered and trained, as they were to be opening very soon. He assured me that he would contact me THE MINUTE they opened, so I can be the FIRST customer! He asked if this was an emergency, and if my vehicle was running properly (he really seemed to care!). If this is the caliber of service I can expect from just speaking with them on the telephone, I think I have found a new home for service for my family's 2 KIAs!!
