This was the easiest experience I have had at any dealership! My appointment was in time and the technician showed me everything under the car that they inspected and made sure I was comfortable with dealership! Our car in their for service; we have not been given any information. We had to ask a few times before finding that it would be at least a couple of months. Since you do not do loaners or discounted rentals we were force to purchase a new car. We have keep maintenance up on the vehicle and brought to your service department except when we could not get timely appointments. More

Extremely satisfied with my experience with Burlington KIA service department! Cesar is the best and is very knowledgeable. I waited and it was about an hour, but the waiting area was comfortable an KIA service department! Cesar is the best and is very knowledgeable. My 3 year old Sportage runs as good as the day I bought it and I credit a lot of it to having it serviced at the dealership where I bought it. They are definitely my go to service department. More
