My only beef with them is that it took a long time for my service (3 hrs instead of the quoted 90-120 mins) and they did the wrong oil change. Yet they are making up for their error by giving me a free synth service (3 hrs instead of the quoted 90-120 mins) and they did the wrong oil change. Yet they are making up for their error by giving me a free synthetic change when I come in for additional services next time. They are also good at arranging for free repairs based on my auto repair insurance that I bought from them 5 years ago. That insurance has never been a hassle. More
