I brought my 2020 GX 460 to Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham for an issue with the heater/ac blower motor. My service advisor asked to check to see if it was something simple like dirt getting into the Hingham for an issue with the heater/ac blower motor. He told me that it should be ready the following day in the late afternoon. Sure enough it was done when promised and the issue was resolved.
