I brought my 2020 GX 460 to Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham for an issue with the heater/ac blower motor. My service advisor asked to check to see if it was something simple like dirt getting into the Hingham for an issue with the heater/ac blower motor. My service advisor asked to check to see if it was something simple like dirt getting into the motor. When a more serious problem was found they put me in a beautiful loaner car a 2020 RX350. He told me that it should be ready the following day in the late afternoon. Sure enough it was done when promised and the issue was resolved. The Lexus team at the Hingham location have been and continue to be great! From sales to finance and now with service AAAA+ all around! More
