The extent of my experience to date is with the sales and finance department. I was very happy with our sales woman, Caren Lee. The impetus for our visit was to test drive some pre-owned hybrid vehicles. Car finance department. I was very happy with our sales woman, Caren Lee. Caren pointed out the the lack of availability of hybrids at HLC and the pricing of used hybrids at other Lexus dealerships made the NX 350h feasible, price-wise.
