While they were incredibly pleasant and there are nice amenities in the cafe of the Lexus, I was very frustrated by the length of service. I was fitting my oil change in early in the morning before work. I asked them if they could give me a loaner car for an oil change so that I could drop off my car and then get to work on time. However, they told me that wasn't allowed, the oil change only takes 45 minutes, so they do not give loaners. With this understanding, I then scheduled my car in the first time slot at 7 am so that I could get into work on time in between 8 and 9 am. They then proceeded to take 2 hours and 15 minutes to just do an oil change, making me late for work even though I was thereat 6:55 am. This was incredibly frustrating and it took them way to long to do something as simple as an oil change. More
