Unbelievable experience! Absolute delight to work with! I have owned BMWs, Toyotas, Hondas and Fords my entire life so this was my first experience with Lexus and my first with Herb Chambers and what a grea I have owned BMWs, Toyotas, Hondas and Fords my entire life so this was my first experience with Lexus and my first with Herb Chambers and what a great one. I did my research and this dealership had the best inventory and selections and the actual model I was searching to lease or buy. I sent in a request for pricing and was immediately contacted by a very friendly representative that connected me with a sales person and an appointment the same day. I was a bit late but Rob Williams, the Sales Rep was excited to greet me and took me out on a test drive and took down some info. Within a matter of 14 hours I was in the new Lexus I wanted, the right color and style and model. Rob was very easy going and easy to work with and did not push me to do anything I did not want to do. I was presented some numbers and the lease made perfect sense and by the next day I traded in my BMW and got right into a new GX 460. The leasing paperwork with Andrew was simple and fast. Also, not only did Rob take the time to tour me through the entire beautiful facility, he took the time to set my phone up with the Lexus technology, took me through the entire car and all of the features and spent a good amount of time at delivery making sure I was all set to go before I left. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever been through and I am glad I made the choice to visit this dealership and buy a Lexus. More
