Wow, what an experience! I have now bought 3 vehicles from Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. The 1st one was a 1999 Lexus RX300 back in 2001(Norwood). Believe it or not, I trad I have now bought 3 vehicles from Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. The 1st one was a 1999 Lexus RX300 back in 2001(Norwood). Believe it or not, I traded that car in yesterday for a used (new to me) 2013 RX350. It was my favorite vehicle ever, and now I have a new favorite. I should mention that I also drive a BMW 3-Series, which I like, but don't love, lol. 2 months ago I helped my son (I was just there for moral support only) buy a 2015 RX350. So in the last 3 months we have purchased 2 vehicles from Herb Chambers. I have a few things to say about my experience. Our Sales Consultant was MARC VIGOR, a very experienced, humble, honest, funny, self-effacing individual. Never felt any pressure, it was like talking with a friend. MARC represents the dealership very well. If you are in the market for a new or used Lexus, do yourself a favor and seek him out. His product knowledge is outstanding, which really helped us as we test drove vehicles and narrowed our search. I have to say that one of the most comforting aspects of buying from this dealership is the 5/30 program. Return the car for ANY reason in the 1st 5 days and the transaction is completely reversed. Piece of mind. Chances are that's not going to happen, so you still have a full 30 days to decide if you want to keep the car. If you don't want to keep the car you can trade it in for another vehicle of the same or higher value. More peace of mind, definitely. What makes this work, in my opinion, is the SMART PRICING. Prices are sharp and are not negotiable. So if you were to trade your car back in during that 30 days, you don't have to worry about any price adjustments for that. You would be trading one smart price for another smart price all non-negotiable sharp prices. Do yourself a favor and go see Herb and go see MARC! I'm going for a drive to get one of my free (for LIFE) car washes, just because I can. More

730N Jeep system I traded in my 2008 jeep and upgraded to 2012 mainly for the 730N radio/gps system which this Jeep had but the systems touch screen needed repair. Nic I traded in my 2008 jeep and upgraded to 2012 mainly for the 730N radio/gps system which this Jeep had but the systems touch screen needed repair. Nick (sales person) stated it was fixed along with the tire sensors. The Jeep was delivered to me and when I looked at it tire sensor light was still on and when I looked at the radio system they had removed it and replaced it with a pioneer which is not compatible with Sirius or U connect. I called Nick and he said that he would have to find out if that's what happened I called Nick again the next day and now he says he's waiting to talk to someone. I told nick I could fax the paperwork that confirms this but he said no further more I informed nick that in glove compartment is all paperwork and cd of this new pioneer system. I have 5 days to return this Jeep and get my deposit 6,000.00 and my trade in money back for my Jeep. I'm upset that you would swap out the system not tell me then not return my call today. The cost of the system is around $1300 so you prefer I return it and have a dissatisfied customer. Bottom line is you sold me a vehicle with this system and swaped it out for a non compatible system. I need you to honor what was documented/advertised (which I have a copy of) and replace the system with the correct one also fix the tire sensor. Jacqueline Pacino More

She was very helpful over the phone and via email. I stopped by on a Wednesday night at 8:15 and was greeted at the front desk. Kayla came out said hello introduced herself and I was then introduced to Sales Consultant Hung T. Hung was extremely informative, patient and polite. Answered all my questions during and after the test drive. We returned to the dealership, sat down and he walked me through the process. We moved ahead, I filled out all the paperwork, took a tour of the facility and then met with the Finance Managers, Sanjay K. and Jose O. Both Sanjay & Jose walked me through the loan process and ran down all the numbers. All said and done, I’m the proud owner of a (new-to-me) 2007 Lexus IS 250 at decent price, 1-owner and low miles. Across the board Hung, Sanjay, Jose and Kayla were great to deal with. Nothing negative to say about the experience. This was the first vehicle I had purchased in almost 18yrs (same truck since 1999 and motorcycle since 2000), so trust me when I say I was looking for something to find wrong, but really couldn’t. Jamal took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. He went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! Jamal was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. He had everything already set up for a smooth transaction. The customer service at this dealership is outstanding. Jamal will be our family vehicle sales person for life. He also calls to follow up and see how the new vehicle is driving and if i has any more questions. I was able to drive away with the car the same day. Jamal goes above and beyond my expectations of a car sales person job is. He is very knowledgeable, professional and takes his job very serious.
