Even the experience at the finance department with Richard Keevers was great. There was no undue pressure to buy any additional warranties or options. That evening when I finalized the car, I was told I had to come in on Sunday to do the paperwork, else the car would be sold, even though I had put deposit money on it. We were lucky to get a nanny at short notice on Saturday evening. A little more flexibility would be greatly appreciated, for someone who has 2 kids and whose wife sometimes works weekends...hence docking a star. More
