it was a great experience My wife has owned various Volvo's over the past 30 years, Many friends of ours have driven a Lexus and convinced my wife and i to look at one so we di My wife has owned various Volvo's over the past 30 years, Many friends of ours have driven a Lexus and convinced my wife and i to look at one so we did. It turned out to be a real positive experience for both of us. What made it such a positive experience was the salesman Marc Vigor. Marc was a gentleman. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. His patience and attention to detail was remarkable. My wife and I are both in our mid sixties and have gone thru this process many times and Marc was the first salesperson that we truly liked and respected. Unfortunately my wife is a creature of habit and still wanted to look at the new S-60 Volvo at your new Volvo dealership in Dedham. She did lease a new Volvo from your new Volvo dealership but i think because of her experience with Marc Vigor her next vehicle will be a Lexus. When my current lease is up with BMW i plan on coming back to Lexus to purchase a new vehicle from Marc. More
