Bryan methodically explained how each feature operated. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. We will be meeting with him again (after we drive the car for a few weeks) to go over various functions again. Bryan has a nice way about him by not making us feel helpless in learning how everything works. There is no picture of Bryan on this site, but ask for him if you need feature-functioning assistance. I went in to lease one car & ended up with two new cars I needed a Sedan with AWD with Enform and knew nothing about the Lexus sedans. I spoke with Michael Shafman who sat with me, Nikko, the sales manage I needed a Sedan with AWD with Enform and knew nothing about the Lexus sedans. I spoke with Michael Shafman who sat with me, Nikko, the sales manager, & Nick Pacheco a salesman who had previously been the "tech" person at the dealership. I had done my research and Nikko explained things that had been confusing on the national Lexus website. Nick suggested we go for a ride. Nick really knows the fine differences & immediately understood my needs. All I cared about was safety and a Lexus was my "go to" vehicle! They each treated me respectfully. Nick & I took a ride. I've never been with a salesman who was as knowledgeable and could communicate as clearly. He later took the time to compare two different cars line by line explaining the differences in safety features. There was never any pressure & the next day I went back and leased two cars. Financing with Chris Gabresi felt transparent. He was also patient and explained the terms until all of our questions were answered. The above mentioned employees are gentlemen. I look forward to working with them again. More
