I had previously been to another local Lexus dealership where they kept me hostage that day until I bought the car I came in to test drive. I was at the dealership for a 5000 mile FREE checkup on my 2013 ES-350. I was told it would take about 90 minutes but only took about 65 (so that was good). This was my first time purchasing a car at Lexus and the level of customer service I got from being greeted from the receptionist to the being helped from Marc Vigor was amazing..
