As I was looking for a less expensive used I bought a new Lexus at this dealership 14 years ago. I loved my 2002 GS430 but it was time to replace it. As I was looking for a less expensive used car, I never expected to be treated as well as I was the last time. I could not have been more wrong. My salesman, Sanjay, was outstanding. HCL has hundreds of vehicles on its lot, but Sanjay was so knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, as well as about my old GS430. There was not a question I asked he did not know. I had not planned to trade-in the old Lexus, figuring I could never get enough on the trade-in to make it work- but he worked with me and got me a very fair price. Sanjay and everyone at the dealership treated me like I had just bought a brand new car! It is so wonderful to go into a dealership that is respectful of your time, cares about helping you buy what you want, and quieting reminding you that this is THE place to buy a car- even if it is not a brand new Lexus.
