The service was over promised under delivered, it was promised to be 90 minutes job turned into almost 3 hours wait. What is the point of making appointment when you are treated as a walk in! This was a simple job of oil change and tire rotation, the rest was inspect this or that, how could it taken 3 hours long! No one came to tell me what's going on, and no apology afterward! The waiting room amenities were so poor. No sandwiches/wraps/salad during lunch hours like in the past. The only lunch you would see was the workers having their lunches seating right next to you! The garage attendant attitude was horrible, I asked him to spray some water to a paper towel that I was holding so I can clean the entry of my SUV myself, his response was the spraying bottles were all empty and did nothing else. His demeanor was like this is not my job to help! This is so not feeling LEXUS! The old saying when you bought your car there, the dealer would treat you better for services, absolutely not true anymore! As a result of the long wait time, I had to contend with 128, rt3 and 495 traffic going home. this is totally unnecessary! I will look for other places to service my Lexus and for future purchases. It's obvious to me that the dealership is cutting costs, willing to sacrificing quality and services to maximizing it's profits, I would discount all the previous excellent ratings because this is not the same dealership I knew before! BTW, I first attempted this survey on my phone, when it got to almost the end, something popped up and basically reset the whole review. It's almost like the system is rejecting bad reviews on the phone. I am writing this on my Mac instead. More

I was very disappointed in my experience. I was not given a service pamphlet when I bought the vehicle so I did not realized that my first visit at 5000 mi was just for tire rotation and flu I was not given a service pamphlet when I bought the vehicle so I did not realized that my first visit at 5000 mi was just for tire rotation and fluid top off. It was the extremely cold day so understandably the car wash was closed. However, I think 90 minutes for a tire rotation is an unnecessary waste of time. I would have thought the car would have at least been vacuumed and the windows cleaned in that time frame. They were not. When I mentioned it to Matt he said he would arrange it if I could wait a bit longer. Given that I had already been there for an hour and a half...and live an hour away...I did not want to stay any longer. Matt did tell me that I could come by anytime to get the wash but given that I do not live in the area then this is not really feasible for me. I asked about going to Hingham and he assured me I could. I would just have to speak to the service manager and relay the situation. Might have been nice if that was done for me. Also, there were 2 large grease palm prints on the side of the doors by the door handles. Makes me think those same greasy hands were on my steering wheel and seats. Matt was really great about going over my kick sensor for the trunk. He even went out to bring my car back in the garage to show me. He was pleasant to work with. I was made well aware of the 90 minute appointment time both with the receptionist and with Matt. I just feel like the time did not warrant the little bit of service that was done. More
