My wife went in to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon with a tire showing low air pressure and without an appointment. One of service manager was talking very rules to me when brought my Lexus at the Sharon Lexus dealership. I brought my UX Lexus only for 3 months and have so many problems. Card won’t start, engine noise, and today I have flat tire with no nail on it. They want to charge me for $450 to replace the new tire. I asked for help to get some discount for the new tire and he told me there’s no warranty on the tire which I understand, but I only ask for some discount for installation. He said either you want to replace it or not. There not help. I’m so disappointed and very sad that I brought my Lexus here. More
