We recently traded in our used care for a Lexus. Every employee was attentive, caring and knowledgeable in this process. When we ultimately decided to trade our older car in, Lesly was our sales person who was knowledgeable and willing to find the answers to questions we had. When it was time to reach the finance team, Earl and Sanjay took special care to confirm we were receiving the best deal in line with our financial goals. I have been a customer here since 2012 . I have always been treated very well. I am usually greeted by Julio. He has a great big smile, and I always am happy to see him. He remembers how h I have always been treated very well. I am usually greeted by Julio. He has a great big smile, and I always am happy to see him. He remembers how he helped me on my car 8 years ago. Grant has been wonderful to me too. He is always so polite and friendly. I have a new service technician,Monica. She knew I was in a rush to get my brother to a doctor’s appt at Dana Farber so she arranged for me to get a loaner. She helped me get new breaks and get my leaky tire fixed. She is extremely caring. Ariel got me the loaner, and she gave it an extra cleaning because I told her my brother has cancer. That was so thoughtful of her. I also met Eric, the manager. He was wonderful. He is very understanding and knowledgeable. He is great at explaining things to me. I have been coming here for so long. It is a tremendous dealership. More
