Employees are dishonest and unethical. They try to overcharge and sometimes tell customers they need services that aren’t really needed. Came for oil change and asked to check on rattling sound… Service advisor was trying to charge me for the diagnostics upfront without even looking at the car... Julio and my service advisor Randy are great. From the time I entered the dealership I was greeted with a smile from Julio who is always pleasant no matter what time of day it is. Service was great. Just bummed that so far each visit to the service department has has in total incurred over 3k in repairs/maintenance.
