Pacheco a true Professional I was getting my car serviced and while waiting in the cafe I had a couple of questions and asked Amy who works in the sales / service department who I was getting my car serviced and while waiting in the cafe I had a couple of questions and asked Amy who works in the sales / service department who she recommends I work with I had a couple questions about the differences from my current Lexus model to the new one. She recommended Nick Pacheco a fine young gentleman who has complete knowledge of everything Lexus related a utter professional not your typical salesman. He patiently answered all my questions regarding the technology and safety enhancements they made to the new RX350.
