Continued Excellence I've owned two Lexus vehicles for nearly 15 years. I have only had them serviced at this dealership and only through Mark Forcucci. I wouldn't bring t I've owned two Lexus vehicles for nearly 15 years. I have only had them serviced at this dealership and only through Mark Forcucci. I wouldn't bring them anywhere else. I never have an issue that was not fixed right the first time. Mark gets back to me right away and tries to get the most mileage out of tires, brakes, etc... without compromising safety. Good customer service Eric-Castillo was my service advisor this time around at herb chambers lexsus and the service was spectacular. My car couldn’t go into the regular was Eric-Castillo was my service advisor this time around at herb chambers lexsus and the service was spectacular. My car couldn’t go into the regular wash because of the location of my license plate and he did not hesitate to send it down and get hand washed. He also answered all my questions about service.
