Ronni s AMAZING!!!! I contacted Ronni to let her know my car was making a particular noise. She asked me to describe the noise which was challenging but I did the best I I contacted Ronni to let her know my car was making a particular noise. She asked me to describe the noise which was challenging but I did the best I could by saying it sounded like a spinning pinwheel that was hitting something like a pencil!! She got it!! She said she thought she knew what it was and was able to decribe it to her technicians so the problem was corrected!!! To have a service advisor who understands cars the way Ronni does is priceless!! I wouldn’t trust my lexus to anyone else but Ronni at Herb Chambers Lexus!!! It’s a 2009 and rides like the day it was purchased!! Thank U Ronni!! More
