Nicole is the Best I had a belt noise coming from the vehicle. I was a little unnerved by it. I called Nicole and she got my car in right away. Exceptional service provided by Ken Alves We dropped off our RX350 for a routine maintenance however we were in a bit of a hurry to get to a doctors appointment. We were warmly greeted my Ken Alves who not only educated us on the needed service but also showed a genuine concern and respect as he also had children and knows the importance of time. Once completed within the time Mr Alves promised he thanks us for our business while our freshly washed vehicle pulled back in the lane.
