Easiest Purchase Yet! I went into Herb Chambers in Sharon yesterday morning for service on my GX 460 - and I came home with a new GX 460 last night. I met with Sam Prusak while waiting for my service to be completed and we discussed the value of my car, looked at a new one, etc. Everyone knows the process. I have purchased several cars, the last two being from Lexus, and I have to say this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Sam was very pleasant and didn't put any pressure on me to buy. We commicated during the day to get paperwork completed, and he stayed later than he had to because I was later than expected arriving at the dealership. He spent time explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had. Thank you Sam!! More
Service Experiance. On returning home to Missouri after two weeks on Cape Cod, we experienced a problem with our 2011 Lexus Gx460. No need to detail problem now. We were greeted by Codi and was escorted to the customer waiting area.(btw, very nice area) Problem was checked and repaired. We were very happy to hear that as a loyal Lexus guest all repair cost were covered by one time good will policy. Joyce and I have been buying fine cars for many years and must say This dealership has been our most wonderful dealer experience. We were treated in a very professional way. We are both retired. Although the dealership is quite a distance from my home it is worth the trip because when you make an appointment you are always taken on time. My service provider, Frank Cardinale, is without question the best service manager. He never recommends anything I really don't need but does recommend essentials and always knows what is needed. Not only that, but when the car is ready he goes over it carefully and cleans up whatever what left undone. Also, my car is always immaculately clean when it is finished - a delightful plus. And the customer lounge makes waiting for your car a pleasure. Stay away from Watertown Lexus where you are treated as if you don't belong. I wanted to buy a Lexus and had a check in my bag and although there were about seven salesmen in the showroom not one offered to help me so I left. I wrote to the owner about my experience and never even got a reply. At Herb Chambers I was treated like royalty and it remains so to this day. can't recommend them highly enough and I am a former consumer reporter and know whereof I speak. Phyllis Eliasberg More
I had a nail go thru my sidewall of my back tire I was in trouble because my tire kept going flat so I stopped in to see Danny Blinn who was able to take care of me in no time. After arriving home from Boston via commuter rail my car in parking lot had a flat tire - hit a pot hole in am. Called dealership, spoke to Mike Crosby and very shortly he and Jay Landry arrived to assist in parking lot had a flat tire - hit a pot hole in am. I bought a Lexus about 6 months ago and bought the extended tire and wheel protection package. When one of my tire popped, I went to another Lexus dealership in New Hampshire and tried to used my whee extended tire and wheel protection package. When one of my tire popped, I went to another Lexus dealership in New Hampshire and tried to used my wheel and tire protection package there but they didn't accept it. When I bought my Car, Bill Kessler was my sales person and he gave me his number and told me to call/text him whenever when I had a problem. So I called him and explain to him my situation how I was at another dealership and they didn't take extended protection plan. He told me that it should work and also got someone from the finance office to go over the plan with me too. Then he told me if they dont accept the plan there, just come down to the Herb Chambers in Sharon to get it taken care of. So I drove an hour down to the Herb Chambers, and the service agent knew about my situation since Bill told him about it. They took really good care of me and also filled my gas for me too. I would recommend the Lexus service but also Bill Kessler to anyone that wants to buy a car. He is genuine and cares for his buyers even if i bought the car 6 months ago. Thats what I call 5 star service and care!! More
I am SO happy with the service I received at Lexus of Sharon. They not only provided valet-service and picked up my car from my home for it's 20,000 oil change but they also buffed out and touch-up pain Sharon. They not only provided valet-service and picked up my car from my home for it's 20,000 oil change but they also buffed out and touch-up painted my rear bumper that had gotten scratched by another car while pulling out of a parked space at no charge. I highly recommend going their to have your car serviced as they always provide the utmost quality serivce and are so friendly. I'll never go anywhere else! More
