Mark was an absolute pleasure. Enjoyed the complimentary inspection event (could have done with fewer email/text/voicemail/telephone reminders)). Crazy $700 price to replace a grou Enjoyed the complimentary inspection event (could have done with fewer email/text/voicemail/telephone reminders)). Crazy $700 price to replace a ground cable. For that I’ll get a local repair shop. No need for highly trained BMW/MINI mechanic to unbolt corroded cable and install a new one). I appreciated the advice with respect to timing of brake pad replacement. That I will be sure to have done at Herb Chambers MINI (and call Mark!). More
