I've only had good outcomes at Herb Chamber's Mini and I think it is entirely due to Mark Ravin in the service department of Mini. I don't know what I would do if Mark wasn't there. He is knowledgeable, efficient, kind and extremely fair. He always tells you like it is and trys to help in any way possible to get you back on the road with out ruining your pocketbook. I was expecting a several thousand dollar bill but in the end it was a few hundred bucks and the car works perfect. Very different experience from other dealerships that seem to force the most insignificant “repairs” on the customer. I also appreciated the video of the service inspection provided that gave me a good idea of what was going on. More
The service area is clean and well sorted out. My Service Advisor, Theo Turney, was ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the appointed time for my easy online scheduled appointment. He noted my service special coupons, told me it would take about an hour and a half and directed me to either the BMW customer lounge or to a more private MINI customer lounge. I chose the latter and it was comfortable, uncrowded with easy access wifi. My MINI was ready for me in almost precisely one hour and a half. Checkout was quick, email follow up with receipt and detailed vehicle status report arrived quickly thereafter. A great experience in every way and from beginning to end. My advice to fellow MINI drivers: Go to Herb Chambers and ask for Theo! More
