I have worked with some less than pleasant people, and always seemed to walk away feeling like somehow, someone got the better of me even thought I tried to do very thorough research before I went to the dealership of choice. I just leased the new 4 door Mini Cooper hardtop through Kate George at Herb Chambers Mini. These cars are brand new to the US, and Kate convinced me it was worth waiting for. I LOVE THIS CAR! It is soooo cool. Everything Kate told me was spot on, and her personal service is second to none. She's so much fun to work with, knows her stuff inside out, and follows up on everything.
