MINI rocks! I recently leased a 2014 MINI Cooper at Herb Chambers with Luigi as my sales representative. This is my 3rd MINI from this dealership and my 2nd time I recently leased a 2014 MINI Cooper at Herb Chambers with Luigi as my sales representative. This is my 3rd MINI from this dealership and my 2nd time working with Luigi, and I have yet to be disappointed! We had a great experience start to finish. Great Car, Great Service I purchased my Mini in the Spring of 2014, and dealt with Ellington Jackson at the Boston dealership. I really appreciated Ellington's relaxed, friendly manner, and ended up making my decision a lot more quickly than anticipated. After closing the deal, Ellington urged me to contact him with any questions and concerns. Less than a week after buying the car, a guy on a motor scooter hit my rear bumper. This happened on Commonwealth Avenue. A few minutes later I got a text from Ellington, saying he'd been on the "T", and had noticed me stopped in the middle of Commonwealth Avenue, wanted to know if I was OK, which I was, of course. Hadn't anticipated that the sales rep would be watching over me so closely. A few weeks later, I decided I wanted to install a roof rack support system, and a bicycle rack. Ellington helped me select the appropriate equipment, and installed it for me. Saved me hours, I'm sure. A few days ago, I was tapped again, this time on the front end. Wasn't sure whether there'd been any significant damage, and before entering the insurance machine, asked Ellington to have a look, which he did. So I have a clearer idea now of how to proceed. To sum up, Ellington has made good on his offer to support me post-purchase, and I look forward to seeing him, and doing business with him in the future. More

I have never had a Bluetooth device before, so chatting with my husband without a phone was an absolute hoot! Luigi gave me an awesome tutorial on all the options and features. His care and expertise were tested when I discovered an issues with the shifting that was putting stress on car, causing a delay. When I brought the car to the Service Center back under warranty, originally I was advised that the issue was not detected and they wanted me to come back to Boston to explain my issue on a test drive. However Scott was able and willing to test it again for me as I trusted his opinion and believed he believed he could save me the 150 mile commute. Scott and a technician took it on a run again and they were able to pin down my issue. They communicated every step along the way and were able to fix it the next day with the part in stock. I am grateful that I was able to find not only the exact car I was looking for but even more importantly it came with a dealership with undoubted reputation and invaluable employees like Scott. More

The parking lot was jammed packed and before I even got out of the car a nice gentleman was helping me park (sorry I wish I knew his name). I had already spoken to a very positive and upbeat Katie George on the phone about the mini I wanted to look at and then she introduced me to Josh Phillips. He was no pressure, informative, easy to chat and get along with from the moment I met him. Once I decided that this was the car for me, he worked quickly to contact my insurance agent before 5pm so that I could come back the very next morning to pick it up. Josh had things ready for me when I got there, took the time out to show me all the car features and shared my enthusiasm for the purchase with a great hug at the end. Truly, I have never hugged a car salesman! I also spoke with Rob Gale to go over the paperwork, warranties and financing. Another truly pleasurable experience, what an enjoyable person, no pressure again to buy any add ons, just presented the information in a friendly non judgmental way. Thanks everyone! More
