The online booking tool for appointments is very easy to use. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of seating, WIFI, and complimentary beverages. The service door is difficult to find your first time to the dealership. The dealership is in a heavily congested area but the service staff seems to have a system that works. More

I just leased the new 4 door Mini Cooper hardtop through Kate George at Herb Chambers Mini. These cars are brand new to the US, and Kate convinced me it was worth waiting for. I LOVE THIS CAR! It is soooo cool. Everything Kate told me was spot on, and her personal service is second to none. She's so much fun to work with, knows her stuff inside out, and follows up on everything.
