For that I’ll get a local repair shop. No need for highly trained BMW/MINI mechanic to unbolt corroded cable and install a new one). You won't find a group of professionals any; any dealership, than you'll find at Herb Chambers on Commonwealth Ave Boston, MA Starting from the top, you got Matt Krappe the manager of maintenance dealership, than you'll find at Herb Chambers on Commonwealth Ave Boston, MA Starting from the top, you got Matt Krappe the manager of maintenance; A text book of knowledge, experience, and strategic thinking, that all add up to solving whatever problems you're having with your Mini in a thorough, honest, and caring fashion that will leave you with a smile. No manager can do it all, they need to be working with a team; and let me tell you, the team that works with Matt Krappe is the best team out there in the car mechanic world. I know that's a big statement, but it's true; and they've proved it to me time and time again. Anyone you work with in Maintenance is great. For many years, I've been working with Mark Ravin and Matt Appleton. It doesn't get any better than these two guys. They know about every little problem that possibly could occur in your car; and the best way to go about fixing it; from the smallest jobs to the biggest ones. This when something goes on with your Mini, they're on it and know the best way to fix it. Mark and Matt never try and squeeze money out of you. They tell you what needs to be fixed; and what can wait. They're kind and courteous and always have a joke ready for you as well if you ask them for one.
