My wife and I have been customers of Herb Chambers franchises for more than 15 years and have purchased at least a dozen new vehicles during that time. We continue to stay loyal to his brand and that has translated into some unique and rewarding experiences. A few months ago I purchased a new vehicle with HC MB of Natick. Ian Miller was the Sales Manager and was the determining factor for my decision to purchase a vehicle from him. His transparency and professionalism made the final transaction a pleasure. Recently, I was looking to replace my other vehicle that was coming off lease. Although I have always wanted a Porsche Cayenne Diesel, my past attempts of buying one weren't successful. When I visited HC Porsche this time, I was standing outside and to my surprise I was greeted by Ian. We chatted for a while and he told me he had been promoted to General Manager of Herb Chambers Porsche. I told him I was looking for another car and was interested in the Porsche Cayenne. With Ian and Larry Bakke's help, I was able to purchase a new Cayenne Diesel with terms of the purchase that were more than fair. Their professionalism and ease of working with myself and my family (they were included in picking it out) was a real pleasure. Even after the purchase, my daughter and I have visited Ian and the staff a couple of times to say hello and take advantage to the ice cream chest they keep in the showroom! My battery died on my Porsche over the winter after charging it in the spring , I took it out for the first ride and the radio did not work all it said was CODE. He walked me through the process of retrieving my radio serial number. 5 minutes later he had a code number for me and my radio was back in action. Couldn't b happier thanks for all the help!
