I purchased a brand new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE from Herb Chambers of Auburn. Mateo was friendly. They found the right exterior and interior combo I was interested in quickly for a very in demand vehicle. Th Chambers of Auburn. Mateo was friendly. They did drive it from NJ vs transporting it by truck with resulted in some damage to the rear lift gate. When I went to pick up the car from the dealership, nothing was said about the damage. I should have looked closer before driving off. As soon as I got home about 20 minutes later and noticed it I texted Mateo who told me “I knew it was scuffed, I thought it would buff out.” So kinda disappointed they were not upfront with me about the damage. I then had to drop off my new car for service after just a few days and was given a rental for a week while they repaired my car, only reason it took so long was the holiday so not their fault. Wish they had been more upfront with acknowledging the damage they knew was there before letting me drive off the lot. Also after signing in the finance office, I thought they would email or mail me copies of everything I signed. I still after a month now still have not gotten any copies of the finance or paperwork I signed. More
