I went to Herb Chambers Toyota to purchase a 2013 HIghlander. Mike greeted me in the showroom and found me a sales consultant. This when I met Gus. I have been to other dealerships where I have left disappointed but Mike and Gus worked with me. The other unexpected bonus was their kindness towards my children. We bought a brand new Toyota Prius C in March and were able to get the best price around. We love the car and John Bellofato, our sales representatitve was great at helping us out even though he had a cold. The dealership treated us very well and gave us a free tank of gas voucher to use later, because there was a snafu with our insurance forms that made us wait an extra hour for delivery. Two months later in May we went back to John to buy a brand new Rav4. They gave us a very good price for our trade and matched the price quote we had received from other area dealerships. And what proved to me that these guys care about their customers was that our Prius C had two paint chips on the door jamb in the rear driver's side door. When I told John about it, he asked me to bring it in and have it painted at their body shop, no questions asked. The real kicker is that I didn't notice the scratched until well after we took delivery of our car. The car's paint chips were fixed to perfection and while the car was at the body shop, we got a 100% free rental car. I'm not buying a car anywhere else. More

I'm delighted to say "It's still there." From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with friendly smiles, care and respect. Making a decision to get a new car can be difficult. The consumer has so many options. After doing some research ahead of time on the Herb Chambers Toyota website, Marque helped me evaluate the pros and cons to my final two. He was with me each step along the way to offer information and advice. He helped me feel good about my final decision. My car was ready as promised, with Marque once again greeting me as I entered the parking lot. He took the time to explain the features and operating instructions for my car and, although he's probably given the same tour thousands of times, was enthusiastic to share each one. He made me feel special on my special day. There are many dealers who will gladly sell you a car. I'm thankful that there is at least one that will make you feel good while you do it. More

I have been a customer of yours for 5 years now and I am very pleased with your service writers. After coming in for some service, I noticed some hairline scatches on my front fender from service getting my very pleased with your service writers.
