My experience at Herb Chambers in Auburn started off a little rocky, for reasons I won't go into here, but Brandon Fernandes turned all of that around. Although the car that I was looking at was not a Toyota or a Scion, Brandon made sure that he knew all of the features of the car so that he could show me how to use all of them. Brandon went out of his way to answer all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I walked in to just test drive a car on a Sunday right before closing (which I didn't realize until later) and was greeted and taken on a test drive without any rush or pressure by Brandon Fernandes... He took all my information and was very professional and with some help from Mike Demers we decided to run some numbers and they got back to me on Monday. Well Tuesday afternoon I returned with my boyfriend and we ended up buying a 2010 Rav-4 Limited for a very competitive price. They walked us through everything and were great to work with. Only negative was how long it took to detail the car and get it ready for us to take home... about twice as long as expected. Overall though I was very happy and would deal with them again. More

I recently leased a 2013 Venza. This was my first time leasing and I'm so glad I did. I love the car and got more than I thought I could. Mouchine was awesome at taking me through the process. Everyone was friendly and responsive. The best part was that Mouhcine walked me through the car and set up my blue tooth and explained all the cool gadgets when I picked it up. So nice not to have to flip through the manual. I love all the perks of being a Toyota customer too like the online mainenance log and the roadside assistance.
