I worked with Kennedy in September 2023 to trade in my used RAV 4 LE, to test drive a RAV 4 XLE Premium, and I bought a 3-year lease. He was extremely polite and helpful. 2. I worked with Cassandra in April 2026 to buy the car. She was great too! Very friendly and helpful. 3. Monish in the Finance department was extremely helpful on the phone, in his email follow up, and in person. 4. I picked up my plates, registration, and Juljan inspected my car at the dealership yesterday. They were wonderful. Then I went home and accidentally canceled my new license plate number online at the MA RMV website, instead of my old license plates! Thank goodness, Lauren connected me with Autumn. Autumn immediately got my new license plate reinstated and canceled my old license plate. They saved the day! I'm so grateful. More
