Worst car buying experience ever. Do not buy a car from this franchise. I tried to buy a new Avalon from the Auburn branch and had to walk out after an excrutiating negotiation. First I was quoted a price this franchise. I tried to buy a new Avalon from the Auburn branch and had to walk out after an excrutiating negotiation. First I was quoted a price on line, only to get to the showroom (2 hours later)and was told that price was no longer valid. When I finally got them to the quoted price I asked to see the car and they didn't have it in stock. They said they could get it in a few days. A week later I went back, drove the car and negotiated a price. When I was ready to sign the price was higher than I had just negotiated! The manager wouldn't talk to me and just walked away. I walked out and recieved a call from the GM a few days later. He apologized for the behavior of his staff and said they were under a lot of pressure to make a profit. The entire experience was insulting. I bought a car somewhere else for less money without any of the hassle. You've been warned. This is a shady organization. More

The week that I was going to pick up my car Marque was on vacation and asked Tim Dalton assist me. Even though I was not Tim's customer, he went to the DMV to obtain the registration and plates for the Prius, made sure that the plates along with the registration from my trade-in were correctly processed by the DMV and was there to orientate me to the Prius.
