Marque is always very helpful, answers all your questions, and provides additional information that he feels you need to make your decision. My experience with Marque was great. He was very nice, helpful, easy to work with and I plan on doing business with him again. We did and continue to have an issue finding the title to the vehicle I have helpful, easy to work with and I plan on doing business with him again. I believe it will be taken care of very soon but it does reflect on my overall experience as I bought a car that I cannot drive right away and it is very disappointing. So I rated overall experience as "good" versus "great" due to this issue and not due Marque or any other employee I met and worked with in the purchase of this vehicle. More

The reason "WHY" I bought the Highlander was because the sales team was very friendly, the one thing I appreciated was "no suprise costs" at the end.
