As my rating shows, I was beyond satisfied with my experience as a whole with Herb Chambers. After having been slapped around by a few other dealers for two months, I walked into the showroom like a experience as a whole with Herb Chambers. I walked into Herb Chambers of Auburn having been a long time customer of Westboro Toyota. After shopping both, I made the decision to switch. I came in having searched for the best possible price online for the car I was looking for, fully expecting to have to fight my way down to something close to that figure. Needless to say, I was surprised to find that not only would they match my price on any similar car on the lot, but the original price I quoted was from Herb Chambers of Boston! After working with Brian for a couple of days, I got the deal I wanted, and the financing I wanted (no small feat given the recent hits to my credit from the economy), and in an odd turn of luck, I even got the color and options package I was looking for. The day I came in to pick out the car I would get, a new arrival had come in. In exactly the right color. Even though the milage on the vehicle was only half of the one I had originally seen online, THEY STILL HONORED OUR AGREEMENT. I cannot tell you how important that was. I've dealt with bait and switch dealers before (HARR FORD WORCESTER)and to have an honest dealer to work with is worth it's weight in gold. Since the car had just come in, they didn't have the title yet, and I couldn't drive it home. Given this, they gave me a FREE loaner for several days until the deal was done. I just picked my Corolla up today. If you're smart you'll be picking your new car up there soon. Couldn't more highly recommend them. Rate them at 6 if I could. More

All the staff was personable and made me feel at home. We had a glitch with the credit application and the dealership went the "extra mile" to resolve it. All in all the process was painless. The sales man was firm but not pushy.
