I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. After one hour and 15 minutes someone came out to tell me that my truck needs an additional $600 worth of work. The truck was finally complete just after 3 PM. I have been bringing vehicles there for service since 2018. Never had I had such an experience. If it happens again it will be the last time. More
