Disrespectful and rude I was ready to lease a car but he didn’t even try to negotiate price with me if he drop $5-$10 I would sign the lease but he just disrespectful talk a I was ready to lease a car but he didn’t even try to negotiate price with me if he drop $5-$10 I would sign the lease but he just disrespectful talk and was very rude. He reviewed my appointment details and inquired about additional concerns (which I would have forgotten had he not asked). As I was waiting for my car, he promptly alerted when ready. No Service No Business I waited for over 15 minutes for a salesmen to talk to so I could potentially buy a car from this dealership. No one come over to talk to me. I ended I waited for over 15 minutes for a salesmen to talk to so I could potentially buy a car from this dealership. No one come over to talk to me. I ended up leaving the dealership and going to another one, where they got my business. I went in on a Monday night thinking it won't be that busy. Clearly I was wrong, they are so busy that no one can help you. More

Started getting contacted by dealerships because of True Car.Almost all were not pushy. But in general in 2019 the sequence was different. Internet guy put me in touch with manager or sales person, or sales manager. Herb Chambers Boston was very polite and social, Took test ride with another sales person and looked the car over. Got back to show room and sat down with the sales manager. Richard. Struck a deal. Went back to the sales person with whom I had the test drive. Asked a few questions. He took care of everything needed done for me to take delivery. Great experience. They had a car I wanted. Never thought I would go to Boston to buy a car. May even go there to have the car serviced.
