ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! !!!! if you are a female NEVER go here as they will try to run you up a bill so high for things you don’t even actually need. Sean is the worst rep th !!!! if you are a female NEVER go here as they will try to run you up a bill so high for things you don’t even actually need. Sean is the worst rep that I could have ever worked with and is so incompetent it was like talking to a 2 year old trying to get him to explain why all the things they were suggesting needed to be done to my car. He told me my engine belt was cracking and could snap at any point, so immediately I said that was fine to have done, but then when I actually got the video from the mechanic he said it was just discolored??????? My car doesn’t even have 30,000 miles on it and that should have lasted me until AT MINIMUM 50,000 miles. I was treated with such disrespect and the only person who was actually decent was the mechanic Jason who told me what actually needed be done to my car and how long I could actually go. NEVER will be going back to Toyota to get any servicing done. More

I have been to multiple Toyota dealers for service, and this one was the worst service experience I have had. The service representative, Tereza Guzman, was extremely impatient and eager to sell. This was my first time and would be my last time doing service maintenance here. I definitely recommend going to other places to do service. More

An overall terrible experience Review Summary: They did a bad job fixing the original problem, seemingly broke something in the process, refused to fix the thing they broke, and quoted me triple the st did a bad job fixing the original problem, seemingly broke something in the process, refused to fix the thing they broke, and quoted me triple the standard price to do the repair themselves. Full Review: I brought my car in to have air put in the spare tire (which is located under the car) and to reset the oil change light. They told me it would take 2 hours. They were done after one hour but didn't tell me, so I waited an extra hour. Once I got the car and drove out, I noticed they had grossly overinflated all of my tires (PSI 47 to 50 instead of 32 to 36). Worse yet, the tire pressure monitor sensor in one of my tires stopped working. It was working when I brought the car in, but not when I left. When I got home, I made another appointment to get it fixed while explaining the problem that appeared while they had the car. At the second appointment, it took them 1.5 hours to "diagnose" the problem as a broken tire pressure monitor sensor. They denied any responsibility for causing the problem, insisting it was a battery problem, although the service report suggests they never looked at the tire pressure monitor beyond noting that it was no longer sending a signal. So they have no clue whether it's the battery or they broke it. Then they quoted me $450 to fix it. I checked online, which estimated the repair cost at between $100 and $200. So I just left. I ordered the necessary part myself from a different Toyota dealership for $80, and I've got someone lined up to install it for $50. This is a terrible business. More
